Refund Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Accessories, undergarments, and cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

  2. Approval & Return:
    • After approval, ship the item back to us at the provided address. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges:

  • We also offer exchanges for size or color issues. Contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.
